The long wait for the first look of superstar Mahesh Babu in his upcoming film with AR Murugadoss, titled Spyder, was released on Wednesday.
Ever since the project was announced, Mahesh Babu’s fans have been eagerly waiting for news of the film, which was previously called 'Mahesh 23’.
Wearing a black T-shirt and beige pants, Mahesh Babu is holding a gun in the first look poster, and looks quite dapper.
According to a report by India Today, the first look poster was supposed to be released on Ugadi (March 29). However, the release was delayed.
But as promised the filmmaker has finally revealed Mahesh Babu’s look in the film.
Directed by AR Murugadoss, the film is being made in Telugu and Tamil simultaneously.

It has been reported that the movie will be a spy thriller, dealing with the issue of terrorism, where Mahesh Babu will be playing the role of an intelligence officer.
Rakul Preet Singh plays the female lead in the movie with Bharath and SJ Suryah in important roles. Harris Jayaraj has composed music and Santosh Sivan is the cinematographer.
Spyder is all set to be released on June 23.
