Busy with the pre-production work of Sandakozhi 2 with Vishal, filmmaker Lingusami, according to reliable sources, is said to have pitched an action-based script to Jr. NTR. If everything goes as planned, the duo might team up for the first time. However, it’s not sure whether they’ll work immediately or not because NTR already has two projects in his kitty.

Meanwhile, Lingusami will look forward to wrapping up Sandakozhi 2, and it also stars Manjima Mohan in the titular role. The project was supposed to start much earlier; however, due to some production issues it had to be postponed. Most likely to take off this year-end, this project will be bankrolled by Pen Movies, who were instrumental in the release of Rajini Murugan earlier this year.

NTR, on the other hand, has a project lined up with Puri Jagannadh and writer Vakkantham Vamsi. Even if he gives his consent to Lingusami’s project, it might only materialize in the second half of next year.
