Written by : Digital Native

Right from the time director SS Rajamouli announced his next, a multi starrer with Ram Charan Teja and Jr NTR in the lead roles, there have been enough speculations on who would play the female leads in it. According to latest reports from the tinsel town, Keerthy Suresh is in talks with the makers to play one of the heroines. However, there is no clarity if the actor has accepted the offer or not.

Keerthy Suresh is one of the fastest rising stars in both Tollywood as well as Kollywood. She shot to limelight for her role as the legendary actor Savitri, in her biopic titled Mahanati in Telugu and Nadigaar Thilagam in Tamil.

Director SS Rajamouli made the announcement about his upcoming film RRR last year and the shooting is expected to begin in August or September this year. The prep work to get it on to the floors began several months ago. The lead stars, Jr NTR and Ram Charan had flown down to the US for the test photo shoot a few months ago.

Several top heroines are in fray to play the female lead in RRR but there is no official announcement regarding it yet. RRR, touted to be a high budget film, is scheduled for release for Sankaranthi in 2020 and  we hear from sources that the shooting will commence in November this year. This means, the director will be taking nearly a year to complete the shooting.

Expectations are very high on this project as it happens to be SS Rajamouli’s directorial after the magnum opus Baahubali: the Beginning and Baahubali: the Conclusion with which he was associated for over five years.

Ram Charan Teja is basking in glory over the massive success of his latest release Rangasthalam and is currently playing the lead role in the Boyapati Srinu directorial. Jr NTR, on the other hand, is busy with Trivikram Srinivas’s film.
