Karthi’s much anticipated Kashmora wrapped up

Written by : TNM

A few months ago, it almost seemed impossible that Karthi-starrer Kashmora, a mega budget period drama, would ever be completed thanks to all the setbacks the team had faced during the course of making the film. However, the team has succeeded in wrapping up the project much earlier than anticipated.

Admitting that it seemed impossible to complete the project, Karthi said on his Twitter page that the team somehow pursued it and he’s happy to have been part of the project. He thanked his entire team for their passion and drive to get the film across the finish line.

Tipped to be the most expensive film in Karthi’s career, the film will feature the actor in five different avatars. The film also stars Nayanthara as a princess and Sri Divya as an investigative journalist.

The makers had completed the film over 150 days of rigorous shooting and since the beginning of the year director Gokul has been working non-stop on the project. For the first time in Tamil cinema, 3D face scanning technology has been used by the team for an important sequence that will last for 15 minutes in the film.
