Written by : TNM Staff

Junior NTR, who is in the midst of filming for “Janatha Garage”, directed by Koratala Shiva, is reportedly seeking a meeting with Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa.

“Janatha Garage” features Junior NTR in the lead opposite Samantha and Nithya Menon, with Mohanlal adding his acting credentials to the film. While it is rumoured that the actor may play an IITian in the film, the makers of the film remain tight-lipped about the role.

The movie had completed 80% of its shooting, wrapping up its shooting in Mumbai, from where the scene shifts to Chennai. While shooting in Chennai was to begin almost a month before, the schedule was reportedly postponed because of the Tamil Nadu elections.

Now, it is being said that Junior NTR has sought an appointment to meet with the Tamil Nadu CM Jayalalithaa, and that this meeting could take place in the next two days.

NTR Senior and Jayalalithaa had been a successful on-screen pair in the 1960’s and 1970’s in the Telugu industry, before both actors stepped into politics in their respective states.
