Written by : TNM Staff

As fans eagerly await the release of Ilayathalapathy Vijay's “Bairavaa”, with a racy script penned by director Bharathan, there’s an additional surprise in store.

According to sources, Vijay is once again lending his singing voice for a peppy number in the film, set to music by Santhosh Narayanan.

“This one will be different from what Vijay has already sung like Selfie Pulla or Yendi Yendi. Santhosh felt if he sings, the song will have a different dimension,” The New Indian Express quoted an inside source as saying.

Vijay has previously sung several tracks like "Google Google" in "Thuppaki", and "Selfi Pulla" in “Kaththi”. Indeed, the track for “Bairavaa” will be the 33rd song for Vijay, and if previous history is anything to go by, fans will soon have another hit from the star.

With the crew having returned after filming a song in Switzerland, shooting for the film is set to be be wrapped up by November 10 or 15. However, the team has not zeroed in on a date for the audio release or the official trailer, though sources say they will be released in December.

Bankrolled by Vijaya Productions, Bairavaa also features Keerthy Suresh, Daniel Balaji, Sharath Lohithsawa and Telugu actor Jagabathi Babu. The movie is slated for a Pongal 2017 release.
