I stand a few steps away in awe: Actor Suriya to brother Karthi on 'Kaashmora'

Written by : TNM Staff

Karthi's Deepavali release "Kaashmora" has received a mixed response from critics although everyone has unanimously praised his performance in the film.

#Kaashmora is a breathtaking effort especially in Raj Nayak & #Nayanthara scenes. Amazing CGI work by the team & a good benchmark

The biggest appreciation, however, has come from his brother and Kollywood actor, Suriya, who has said, "I stand a few steps away in awe - Thambi Dei kalakkitte!"

Starring Karthi, Nayantara, and Sri Divya, "Kaashmora" is about a black magician who gets mixed up in an ancient curse. Karthi's multiple roles and the technology used in the film had created a lot of buzz among the people ever since the first look poster was released. Though the film is quite different from what the trailer promised, it's still an enjoyable watch, thanks to Karthi's comic timing. Considering it has good word of mouth, "Kaashmora" is likely to do well at the box office.
