How a Germanwings pilot reassured passengers the morning after the Alps crash

The News Minute | March 28, 2015 | 07:30 pm ISTImagine a passenger’s feelings travelling on the same airlines that crashed the previous day into the French Alps?The situation was the same for passengers who boarded a Germanwings flight from Hamburg to Cologne the morning after Germanwings Flight 9525 crashed for reasons that had been unknown till then. However, in a Facebook post that has been widely shared, one passenger Britta Englisch has written a heartfelt post explaining the effort the captain of the flight had taken to ensure that passengers felt safe, reported TIME.According to her, the plane might have been the safest airline to fly. However, passengers did have the initial worry which soon subsided after the pilot’s talk.The post, in German , roughly translated narrated how the captain personally welcomed each passenger on to the plane.
