Actor Rahul Ravindran made his debut as a director with Chi La Sow last year and the film went on to become a big hit. After all these months, this film caught the attention of cricket commentator Harsha Bhogle, who happened to catch it on a long flight. Harsha took to Twitter to tweet: “By the way, I saw a Telugu movie after a long time. #ChiLaSow. Had subtitles but could follow it nonetheless. Nice movie.”

To this, director Rahul replied, “Whoa! This made my day! Thank you Harsha...been a huge admirer. This means the world to me!”

Singer Chinmayi, Rahul’s wife, replied, “Ohhhh yaaayyyyyy.” Chi La Sow’s hero, Sushant tweeted, “Thank You so much Sir! This means so much to us! #ChiLaSow.”

Chi La Sow is a breezy romantic entertainer that had Sushanth and Ruhani Sharma in the lead roles. The star cast of the movie also included Rohini, Anu Haasan, Vennela Kishore, Rahul Ramakrishnan, Sanjay Swaroop, and Vidyulekha Raman. The technical crew of the film comprised Prashanth R Vihari for composing music and M Sukumar for cranking the camera.
