Music director Raghu Dixit has composed the tunes for Happy New Year and the audio launch happened quite recently in Bengaluru. Kiccha Sudeep had released the music album while music director Hamsalekha and director TS Nagabharana were present at the event showering their good wishes.

Two singles from the album, Happy New Year and Preetiya Hesare, which were released much earlier, topped the music charts and with the launch of the entire album, fans are delighted with the output from Raghu Dixit.

Incidentally, Happy New Year is a sort of comeback for the musician as his films haven’t hit the silver screens in the past couple of years. The audio of Happy New Year is being marketed by Raghu Dixit’s music label RDX Productions, a venture that has just been started.

Starring Sai Kumar, BC Patil, Vijaya Raghavendra, Dhananjaya, Vijaya Raghavendra, Sonu Gowda, Sudharani, Rajshree, Sruthi Hariharan, Diganth and Srishti Patil in pivotal roles, the film is produced by Vanaja Patil under the banner Soumya Films. With the trailer launch planned to be held in a few days, sources say that Happy New Year may be out at the theatres as an Ugadi release which means later next month.
