NTR’s Janatha Garage has turned out to be a blockbuster. Despite earning mixed reactions from the critics, the film has appealed to the masses and that did the trick at the box office. Currently in its second successful week in cinemas, the film has now won over former Badminton champion Pullela Gopichand and his protégé PV Sindhu, who recently won the Silver medal at Rio Olympics. Both of them watched the film at a special screening on Sunday and heaped praise on the entire team.

“The film is very nice. NTR and Mohan Lal gave excellent performances. I congratulate the team and director Koratala Siva for coming up with such a nice film,” Gopichand said. Echoing a similar sentiment, Sindhu said, “I enjoyed Janatha Garage. NTR gave a superb performance. Congratulations to the team.”

The film, directed by Koratala Siva, has so far grossed around Rs 150 crore worldwide and has turned out to be a profitable venture. NTR, while addressing the media at the success meet, said he will be indebted to the director all his life.
