First look of Mahesh Babu's upcoming film to be out on April 12

The first look of Mahesh Babu’s upcoming film will be out at 5pm on April 12. 

It is an official announcement and the fans are now waiting eagerly to know how director AR Murugadoss has transformed their star for the film.

The shooting of this spy thriller commenced in July last year and has been progressing steadily since then. 

Right from the day the film’s shooting commenced, fans have been wanting to know its title, but the team has kept it under wraps till now.

While speculations about the title are doing the rounds, it is expected to be announced along with the first look. Directed by AR Murugadoss, 'Mahesh Babu 23' is gearing up for release on June 23 worldwide.

Written and directed by AR Murugadoss, the film is being shot in Tamil as well as Telugu simultaneously and it will mark Mahesh Babu’s debut in Kollywood with a direct Tamil film. 

The star has a big fan following in Kollywood as his dubbed films have done well here in the past. The dialogues for the Telugu version have been penned by Paruchuri Brothers. 

Presented by RB Choudhury, the film has been produced jointly by Tagore Madhu, Nallamalapu Srinivas, NV Prasad, AR Murugadoss and Mahesh Babu under their banners Leo Productions, NVR Cinema, Lakshmi Narasimha Productions, G. Mahesh Babu Entertainment Pvt. Ltd and AR Murugadoss Productions.

Harris Jayaraj has composed music for this film while Santosh Sivan has cranked the camera and Sreekar Prasad is editing it. 

The film stars Mahesh Babu and Rakul Preet Singh as the lead pair with Nadhiya, Bharath and SJ Suryah in crucial roles.

Along with the Tamil and Telugu versions, the film’s Malayalam and Hindi dubbed versions will also hit the silver screens simultaneously.
