Having completed the shooting for his portions for the upcoming film Kaala in Mumbai, it is time for Superstar Rajinikanth to finally unwind.
The actor, in a clipping doing the rounds on social media, can be seen learning to take the perfect selfie video as he zooms along foreign roads in a red sports car. The superstar is sans makeup and seems to be having the time of his life in the U.S.
He is accompanied by another Indian driving the convertible car, as he tells the actor how to take the video. Rajini can even be heard asking, 'I have to press the red button right?' excitedly in Tamil.
For an actor who has been part of some of Kollywood's biggest and technologically advanced films, he seems to be pretty new to the concept of mobile technology. Mumbling about the red button, the Superstar finally figures out how to shoot the video!
Sporting a white beard and without a wig, as is his usual appearance when he's not acting, Rajini is all smiles as he waves at the camera pleasantly under a clear sky.
Pictures of the star in what is supposedly a casino have also been tweeted by multiple accounts over the last few day. Rajini can been sitting pensively at a table and the image has created quite the controversy, considering the tumultuous time the Tamil film industry is experiencing in the face of double taxation.
On the work front, Lyca Productions has announced that Enthiran 2.0 will release on January 25, 2018. It had initially been slated for release during Deepavali but post production work is reportedly yet to near completion.
