Dileep looks intense in 'Ramaleela' first look poster

Written by : TNM

Scripted by Sachy and directed by Arun Gopy, Dileep’s Ramaleela has created a positive buzz with the film’s first look poster. Clad in dhoti and shirt, Dileep sits majestically cross legged on a chair with people holding flags in the backdrop. Going by the title and the first look, Ramaleela seems to be a political thriller with Dileep playing a politician. Despite the intense look that Dileep portrays in the first look, there are reports doing rounds that it is a comedy entertainer.

Maverick director Gautham Menon, on releasing the first look poster, posted on the Facebook page : “Happy to put out- first look poster of Ramaleela
Best wishes Arun Gopy
#Tomichan.
Looking good!
Waiting to work with the superb Dileep.”

The film marks Arun Gopy's Mollywood debut and has been produced by Tomichan Mulakkupadam under the banner Mulakkupadam Films.

The film’s shooting is currently in progress in various parts of Kerala. Prayaga Martin plays the female lead in Ramaleela. Director Arun Gopy has transformed Dileep into a new avatar and the film is expected to be very different from the Dileep starrers that we have seen in recent times.

The film also has veteran Kollywood actor Radikaa Sarath Kumar playing a very important role. Shaji is the DOP of the film.

Tomichan Mulakkupadam’s previous production venture under his banner Mulakkupadam Films was Pulimurugan. The Mohanlal starrer turned out to be one of the biggest hits in the history of Malayalam cinema. This has pumped up the expectation levels for Ramaleela
