The buzz around the much awaited blockbuster “Baahubali: The Conclusion” has begun to build further, as the makers of the film released the official logo of the film on Friday in Hyderabad, along with the tagline, “Why Kattappa killed Baahubali”.

In the hours that followed, the title of the film and the hashtag WKKB trended online, with fans eagerly retweeting the film’s logo.

At the event, the makers also announced that the first look posters of the film will be released on the occasion of actor Prabhas’s birthday on October 22, along with a series of “Baahubali” comic books.

The most exciting announcement of the evening, however, was that a month ahead of the film’s release, audiences will get to experience the world of Baahubali in virtual reality. The makers of the film are planning to install a series of virtual reality booths at several theatres across the country, at a cost of Rs 25 crore.

Speaking at the event, director SS Rajamouli said that shooting for the film is almost complete, with only two songs and a few scenes remaining. He said that the project will be wrapped up by December, after which the film will spend the next few months in post-production. Baahubali 2 will hit the screens worldwide on April 28, 2017.

As the perfect finish to the evening, Rajamouli also confirmed that “Baahubali 3” is on the cards, with details about the project to be announced very soon.
