Written by : TNM Staff

All of a sudden, Bollywood seems to be looking South, with much admiration.

On Thursday, Bollywood filmmaker Anurag Kashyap praised Dulquer Salmaan’s latest Malayalam film ‘Kammattipaadam’, which is already winning hearts at the theatres.

In a series of tweets on Thursday, Anurag Kashyap described the film as ‘a slow burn gangster film’ and went on to commend the actors for their ‘outstanding’ performance.

‘Rajeev Ravi-the boss’ is how Kashyap chose to address Rajeev, who has in the past, worked with him in Bollywood films like Dev D and Gangs of Wasseypur.

Bollywood actor Kareena Kapoor Khan had earlier said that Mammootty is the most handsome actor in the Malayalam film industry.

At a Malayalam film award show held in Dubai recently, she is believed to have praised Mammootty for staying fit even at this age.
