Bhavana’s role in 'Oru Visheshapetta Biriyanikissa'

Bhavana will be seen as an entrepreneur in her upcoming film Oru Visheshapetta Biriyanikissa. According to reports, she plays the role of Kamalambika who runs the radio FM channel Kumari Kamalambika. Directed by Kiran Narayanan, the film also has Nedumudi Venu, Lena, Vinay Forrt, Aju Varghese and Joju George in important roles.

Set in an imaginary village, the film is about free biryani being served at a mosque in Kerala and how people from all walks of life, irrespective of religion and caste, throng the place to taste it every Sunday.

With the chef, popular for making the biryani, passing away, the Sahib at the mosque is left to handle the situation. All this is told in a narrative loaded with humour. While Aju Varghese and Vinay Forrt will be seen in extended cameos, Ummi Abdullah will be seen narrating the entire incident to Kamalambika, played by Bhavana, on her radio channel. Produced by WL Epic Media, the camera work is by Sunil Kaimanam and Ayoob Khan is the editor.
