Babu Bangaram makes way for Kabali, shifts release date

Venkatesh starrer, upcoming romantic and comedy entertainer, “Babu Bangaram” is gearing up for a grand release. The movie is being directed by Maruthi and produced by Sitara Entertainments. Victory Venkatesh is back after Gopala Gopala with director Maruthi.

The teaser of Babu Bangaram which was released recently has evoked huge curiosity among his fans.

The film will have Venkatesh in a funny and hilarious police officer role. Venkatesh’s lucky mascot Nayantara is playing the female lead, in the role of a middle class Brahmin girl.

Babu Bangaram which was earlier slated to release worldwide on July 1, has now been pushed to July 29, as the makers didn’t want to clash with Rajinikanth's Kabali. 

According to sources, the makers want to release Babu Bangaram two weeks after Kabali so that it can get the desired opening. Meanwhile, the release of Kabali has been shifted from July 1 to July 15.
