Baahubali soap opera planned?

KV Vijayendra Prasad, the storywriter of Baahubali and director SS Rajamouli’s father, has hinted that the most popular film could soon be converted into a television serial. With Baahubali turning out to be a huge hit and the sequel getting ready to hit the screens next year, plans about the TV series have the fans excited.

Both Baahubali – the beginning and the conclusion will be made on the lines of Game of Thrones, reported Times of India.

Directed by SS Rajamouli, Baahubali stars Prabhas, Rana, Anushka, Tammannah, Sathyaraj and several others. MM Keeravani has composed music for the film.

Meanwhile, KV Vijayendra Prasad is also reported to have told that there could be a third instalment of the film. However, it will be confirmed only after Baahubali – the conclusion hits the screens next year. It is worth mentioning here that Baahubali, which was released last year, was made on a budget of Rs. 150 crores and had collected Rs. 650 crores at the box office.
