Baahubali has ‘empowered’ Tammannah

Written by : TNM

In an interview to the Times of India, Tammannah opened up on how life has changed after playing the Avantika role in "Baahubali". The film was a mega hit and she is now busy wrapping up the sequel to it. Speaking to TOI about working in the SS Rajamouli directorial, Tammannah said that she had never tried horse riding before but that she'd had to learn it for the film.

Now confident of riding the horse, the actor said that she feels empowered as she had “overcome a lot of fears – be it the fear of heights or anything that’s even remotely challenging physically.”

Stating that earlier she would be too nervous to shoot for aerial shots, Tammannah pointed out that all of it has changed after "Baahubali". Recalling her experience while shooting for the "Abhinetri" song in the film, the actor said that there were hectic rehearsals before the song was shot. She added, “This is one profession that gives you the ability, no, the right to focus on yourself – physically, mentally and emotionally. It makes you stronger.”

The actor also said that she will be shooting for "Baahubali" until later this month.
