Chiranjeevi’s fans are all excited as their idol will be foraying into television by hosting the popular game show Meelo Yevaru Kotteeswarudu.

The show will be aired from Friday and fans are waiting in anticipation to see the mega star in action.

Speaking about the show and how excited he is to host it, Chiranjeevi said that he was happy when Bollywood icon Amitabh Bachchan called him personally to congratulate him.

Chiranjeevi said that ‘Big B’ came to know that he would be hosting the show through Siddhartha Basu and immediately called upon him to wish and congratulate.

Chiranjeevi also revealed that plans are on to bring in several celebrities on to the hot seat and noted actor and politician N Balakrishna will be one among them.

It may be mentioned here that Nagarjuna had been hosting the Meelo Yevaru Kotteeswarudu show successfully for three seasons and now Chiranjeevi has taken over from him.

While Chiranjeevi will be making his debut on the small screen from Friday onwards, discussions about his next film are also on.

Reports suggest that he might just go ahead and sign up a movie that will have him and his brother ‘Power Star’ Pawan Kalyan in the lead roles.
