A simple, yet effective campaign advertisement by an Indian production, Eeksaurus, has won an award in the International Animation Film Festival, held in France this year - the most prestigious awards in the field of animation world over.Eeksaurus has won the Annecy Cristal Award in the Commissioned Film category for the video titled "Fateline" for Rotary International. Revolving around a young child labourer, it goes on to show how necessary it is to give children an opportunity to break free of their situations. The jury called the video a “fantastic mix of technique and aesthetics”. The film festival had received 2604 films from 95 countries this year.
