Written by : TNM Staff

Top gear fans may have a reason to celebrate again as former Top Gear trio Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May have signed a deal for a new motoring show with Amazon. According to a report in the Mirror, the trio have signed up for three seasons with Amazon and the show will go into production soon. It is estimated to be available by 2016.The BBC had announced in March, that Top Gear host Jeremy Clarkson was fired by the network "following a fracas" with a producer. As things cleared later, it was revealed that the 55-year-old presenter had attacked the producer. There was a widespread campaign to bring Clarkson back with The Stig, the anonymous character in a full race car driver suit associated with the show, climbing atop a tank and delivering a petition with signatures from around the world to bring back the presenter. All three of them took to twitter to make the announcement in their own unique ways. It would also be interesting to know, if the stig has any plans of joining the new show.  I'm very excited to announce that Hammond, May and I have signed a deal with .@AmazonVideo — Jeremy Clarkson (@JeremyClarkson) July 30, 2015.@AmazonVideoUK now saying I can't be their chief drone pilot.
