Shah Rukh Khan to appear in 3D graphic novel in whole new avatar

The News Minute | January 6, 2014 | 11:00 am IST Gone are the days when you used to see one of India’s most favourite actors, Shah Rukh Khan running around trees romancing his saree-clad heroine.Allowing himself to be projected in a while new avatar, Khan himself has given his seal of approval to be portrayed in a graphic novel ‘Atharva-The Origin’ which is to be given a mid 2015 launch. Worked on by a team of 20 for over a year now, the idea was immediately approved by Khan when the author of the novel , Ramesh Thamilmani showed him the story sketches and illustrations, reported Times of India. A project by Virzu Studios, a teaser has been released showing the actor in a different avatar, as a prospective king making a ‘difficult and lone journey’ encountering magnificent lands and strange beasts. The graphic novel which will be available in both normal and 3D format will be released in various platforms like print and e-book, said the report.
