Only when I see people standing next to me, I realise how tall I am," says 32-year-old Dharmendra Singh, who is said to be India's tallest man. A resident of Meerut in Uttar Pradesh, Singh is a staggering 8 feet 1 inch tall and is reportedly only two inches short of the world record. In a conversation with Barcoft TV, Singh talks about how it feels to be the tallest man in the country and how it shaped his life. He admits that his height has given him fame and popularity and made him a local celebrity of sorts, but what he is lacking in life is a life partner. Singh, in the video, opens up about his growing up years when people called him a "giraffe" and a "camel" and how he eventually got an "unusual" job offer. Watch the video here.
