The News Minute | February 4, 2015 | 6.30 pm ISTMalayalam actor Suresh Gopi has welcomed Maharashtra's decision to ban the slaughter of bulls and bullocks, and has also expressed his willingness to obey the law if it was implemented in Kerala.While speaking to media in Ernakulam on Wednesday the actor said, he neither eats nor cooks beef in his family.“If a state brings some laws we are obliged to obey it. Being a citizen I will do that. I never eat beef and will not allow bringing the meat inside my house” he told the media.The new law in Maharashtra comes under Maharashtra Animal Preservation Act of 1976.Tweet
