Kamal Haasan shows gratitude to Sivaji Ganesan, acts in his grandson's film

Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan, who is very close to the family of veteran actor Sivaji Ganesan, has done a cameo appearance in 'Meenkuzhambum Manpaanayum' along with Sivaji’s grandson Dushyanth Ramkumar.

The movie stars Kalidas, son of ace Malayalam actor Jayaram, and Ashna Zaveri is the female lead. The film is being directed by Amudeshwar with the tunes being composed by Imman.

The news was first revealed a week back by actor Prabhu’s son Vikram Prabhu who posted the official news on his Twitter page stating, “Happy to share the news! #KamalHaasan  #Family #MeenKuzhambbumManpaanayum”

And this week, Kamal Haasan has shot his portions for the movie. Reports says that the actor will be appearing for 5 minutes in the climax and will be seen in the role of an exorcist who drives away the evil spirits.

The actor completed all his portions within two hours and the shoot wrapped up on Sunday. The film is expected to release in the summer.
