The News Minute| October 8, 2014| 10.00 pm ISTThe Trekker pack or camera is what Google uses to capture 360-degree visuals, and we have heard of these special cameras being places on boats, cars or bicycles.But now Google has mounted its Trekker pack on camels' humps to capture photos from the Liwa desert in United Arab Emirates.Tech Crunch reports that camels were used 'to avoid having any kind of impact on the surrounding environment, which has played home to human settlers since the Late Stone Age'.The Liwa Desert or Liwa Oasis is a large oasis area in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Liwa is about 100 km south of the Persian Gulf coast and 150 km south west of the city of Abu Dhabi in the Al Gharbia (Western) Region, on the northern edge of Rub' al Khali desert
