Now, own an iPhone XR at just Rs 1999 per month with Cashify’s upgrade program

Cashify, a startup that buys and sells used smartphones has partnered with Apple to launch an iPhone XR upgrade program, where customers can upgrade to a new iPhone XR at Apple Authorised Reseller stores.

All a user has to do is walk into an Authorized Reseller Store and get an instant discount up to Rs 5,300 when they purchase the iPhone XR in exchange for their old smartphone using Cashify’s exchange offers. For this program, it has partnered with Apple’s distributors such as Redington, Ingram and Rashi Peripherals. Cashify says that through these exchange programs, one can own an iPhone XR for an effective monthly cost of just Rs. 1,999 per month, using Citi Credit Cards or Axis Bank cards.

Cashify also offers up to Rs 25000 off on your old smartphone when you exchange it at the store.  This exchange is powered by Cashify at the stores. A much more viable option to get the iPhone XR is through re-commerce giant Cashify.

Cashify, with a presence across 24 cities in India, claims to have bought 10,20,000

second hand smartphones in 2018. The brand says it has disbursed a total Rs 459 crore to smartphone users, who sold their old smartphones on Cashify. Approximately, 8,16,000 customers have utilized Cashify’s platform to sell their old smartphone, in 2018.

Xiaomi, Samsung, Motorola, Apple, and Lenovo are the top 5 brands with most transacted phone models on Cashify. A total 20.7% of the smartphone bought were Xiaomi phones, 18.5% were Samsung smartphones, 18.1% were iPhones, 10.6% were Motorola phones, and 8.2% were Lenovo phones. These 5 brands account for 76% of the total number of smartphones bought by Cashify in 2018.
