Hollywood comedian Tracy Morgan has been released from the physical rehabilitation centre he was recovering in and has thanked those who supported him during the trying times.

Tracy will continue his recovery efforts at home with an aggressive outpatient programme, reports tmz.com.

"He (Tracy) asked me to pass along his sincerest gratitude to everyone who has helped him get to this point," said his representative.

Tracy checked into the centre last month after he sustained several broken bones, including his femur, on June 7 in a bus crash.
