The cultural event 'Mood Indigo' organized annually by the students of IIT Bombay on October 27 had announced that the famous director producer Christopher Nolan was going to present at the event this year.

Nolan fans had gone hysteric over his visit. However, the excitement turned out to be short lived.

A day after the message was put out on Facebook and Twitter by the event organizers, the celebrated director said that he had “no clue” about his India visit.

The organizers had claimed that Nolan had agreed to be present in the event and a message like this from the man himself made the organizers at the receiving end of a lot of negative comments.

Saturday morning the Facebook page of the event Mood Indigo put out a status “regretting” the incorrect announcement.

The earlier post announcing Nolan’s visit has been deleted by the organizers.
