Taking into consideration the long lines waiting for a darshan, the Tirumala Tirupati Devastanams (TTD) has introduced a cafeteria and a food court that devotees can avail in a queue it has constructed.

Addressing the media, Executive officer (EO) D Samabasiva Rao on Monday announced that the queue, which has been constructed near the ATC car parking area will open on Ugadi, which comes on April 8.

According to a Times of India report:

The new line has seating facility. Pilgrims can relax while waiting for their turn for darshan. The food court and cafeteria have been set up inside the hall.

"We will operate both Rs 300 and Rs 50 darshan from this point from April 8 onwards according to their time slots," the paper quotes Rao as saying.
