This after a video surfaced in which the manager and principal of the school were seen brutally thrashing three boys with a cane. Kakinada police have arrested two persons after a video was telecast by news channels showing them caning children brutally in a residential school in Achhampete. In the video, Headmaster of Greenfield residential school for visually impaired children Srinivasa Rao is seen holding the children as Manager K V Rao canes three boys brutally at the school. One of the boys is a Class III student and two are Class V students. The students are visually challenged and so are the caretakers who beat them up brutally.The school has a total of 62 students who mostly come from socially and economically backward backgrounds. Angered parents assaulted the headmaster on Monday.
