He further alleged that YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, Chief of YSRCP, had sent his MLA to Delhi to reveal information to BJP leaders against the state government and requested for the case to be referred to the Privilege Committee.

Earlier, the TDP had leaked a video clip which showed Bugganna and BJP MLA Satyanarayana walking in one after the other to Andhra Bhavan in Delhi. The TDP accused YSRCP and BJP of ‘colluding to work against the interest of the state.’

The TDP had also cited the whole incident as being a part of ‘Operation Garuda,’ a conspiracy theory first brought up by actor Shivaji, who claimed it to be BJP’s plans to enter south India.

In March, the TDP left the National Democratic Alliance (NDA), after accusing them of failing on bifurcation promises.
