 Telangana and Andhra Pradesh have witnessed a rising death toll after temperatures soared due to a heat wave that swept the two states. According to reports, this is the fifth deadliest heatwave in the world and the second deadliest in India, behind the heat wave in 1998 that killed 2,500 people.Warnings were issued by the governments as people took refuge in their homes and did not step out unless absolutely necessary. Some parts of the states recieved rainfall on May 30, which signalled the end of the heat wave. Here is the damage that it has done so far. All temperatures as of 30/05/15
