A museum for NTR coming up in AP's Krishna district

Rama Rao (1923-1996) is going to be setup in his native village Nimmakuru in the Krishna district of Andhra Pradesh.N.T.R. was the most prominent figure of Tollywod, founder of the Telugu Desham Party (TDP) and had served as the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh for three terms. His grandson, and AP CM Chandrababu Naidu’s son, Lokesh has begun consulting renowned architects to build the museum. The museum will depict NTR’s life in the film industry and politics. NTR's family is in possession of a large collection of memorabilia associated with his illustrious film career which will be kept for display in the museum, the Times of India reported. The museum will also have an indoor theatre. The TDP plans to make the museum a tourist spot. It is reported that the party has planned to acquire 20 acres of private land for the museum.
