Girl slaps two men for public harassment before handing them over to the police

The News Minute | November 15, 2014 | 10:00 am ISTA class 10 girl in Kurnool, handed over two people to the police for allegedly harassing her when she was on her way to school with her parents on Friday.The two people identified as A. Venkateshwaralu and N. Madhubabu followed the auto rickshaw in which the girl was travelling to school and continuously made derogatory remarks.According to a report in The Deccan Chronicle, the girl then stopped the auto rickshaw in the middle of a busy street, dragged the driver of the motorcycle and slapped both the men before handing them over to the police with the help of the locals who had gathered.A case was registered in the Kurnool police station following which the Kurnool SP A. Ravikrishna praised the girl for her courage and dubbed her a “role model”.
