We are proud to be what we are. We do not want to be Singaporeans or Malaysians. We produce 47 varieties of crops while Singapore does not produce even one"The farmers held several rounds of discussions and unanimously decided not to participate in the land pooling.Tension prevailed between some TDP supporters and the farmers which led to strong protests in the village on Saturday.
