When the singer recently made a comment asking women not to wear jeans and to "make sure that you hide all that should be hiddenâ€, it stirred the hornet's nest. Such comments policing what women should and should not wear is hardly uncommon in India, and the social media has been abuzz with discussions and debates- some condemning Yesudas, some sharing his views, while few others feeling that the issue was simply being stretched out of proportion.
