In a recent council meeting in Texas, US, an unidentified councilman forgot to turn off his microphone after he excused himself for a bathroom break. The city's Mayor pro tem Rachael Jonrowe was speaking about antibiotic resistant diseases when sounds from the lavatory filled the meeting room.
