The News Minute | February 28, 2015 | 09:11 am IST The water tanker, that on Thursday afternoon mowed down several people near the Hebbal flyover and killed two, did not have faulty brakes as claimed by the driver, transport officials who inspected the vehicle said, states a report by Bangalore Mirror. The gruesome accident was not caused due to brake failure but because of rash driving, the officials said.
