Little master Sachin Tendulkar is known to his fans for his cricketing prowess and simplicity. But after Monday, the ace cricketer will also be known for his musical skills.
On Monday, Sachin shared the stage with none other than tabla maestro Zakir Hussain and their musical jugalbandi is quite delightful.
The event was held at Sri Shanmukhananda Chandrasekarendra Saraswathi Auditorium in Mumbai. Watch the video here:
Sachin posted this video clipping on Facebook on Tuesday, and it has since gone viral on social media with over 15,000 shares.
"It’s true when they say music unites souls. Sharing the stage with the Ustad, and also sharing some beats that created a beautiful rhythm. It was an experience I will hold very close to my heart," Sachin said in the post.
The video has Zakir Hussain and Sachin engaged in a dynamic musical duet, until when the former changes the tune right at the end and Sachin bows down to him with folded hands.
