Vivo’s newest launch is in its Y series and the phone is Y69. The launch is fixed for September 1, including in India. The specifications of the phone and its features are as below.

The Vivo Y69 sports a 5.5-inch HD display offering a screen resolution of 720x1280pixels and the screen receives protection from a Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The phone’s processor would be the MediaTek MT6750, octa-core chipset with a clocking speed of 1.5GHz.

The Vivo Y69 will have 3GB RAM and 32GB internal memory. The phone will come with the microSD slot through which the storage can be increased to 256GB. So, there should be no problem on this score as far as the phone’s performance is concerned.

The imaging section is being projected by Vivo as a highlight of its new smartphone. The rear camera has a 16MP sensor and the front camera for selfies is 13MP. The sensors are both from Samsung; while the rear one is the S5K3P3ST lens, the front one is S5K3L8. Dual tone LED flash and apertures are f/2.2 and f/2.0 on the rear and front cameras respectively.

Additional features such as the Bokeh effect, Group Selfie and Live Photo and so on. The Vivo Y69 has a fingerprint sensor integrated with the main home button.

The phone comes with the regular connectivity options and sensors to complete the features of a mid-segment smartphone. Obviously, 4G VoLTE is one feature smartphones in India ought to have and the Vivo Y69 doesn’t lag in that.

The phone has dimensions 154.6mmx75.7mmx7.7mm and is being released in two colors, champagne gold and matte black. The phone can be purchased from the online majors like Flipkart and Amazon and also offline retailers.

The price of this phone is Rs 14, 990.
