If you are living in an upper-class or upper-midde-class residential society, then you are likely to be familiar with these type of men. Old and retired, and perhaps jobless, these men walk around the society throwing a fit of morality and seek “discipline”. These are society’s guardsmen who tell you not to bring friends home, not to get back home late, and apparently, not to feed stray dogs out of compassion.
Going viral now is a video posted by Navneet Khurana on Facebook, where a man, who identifies himself as Colonel SP Yadav, calls the girl “shameless”, a “mad woman” and someone who “does not know how to behave” - all for daring to feed a stray dog in the residential society. He threatens her, “you take video and I will sort you out.”
“I am going to get after you now,” he says, asking her to give the video to Maneka Gandhi.
