Naga Chaitanya’s career graph has showed a marked improvement in the recent past with his films doing well at the box office.  He began his career playing the lead role in the 2009 release Josh and has starred in successful films such as Manam and Auto Nagar Surya. The actor is now busy with Yuddham Sharanam, a complete action-oriented film that is sure to have his fans thrilled.

Speaking about Yuddham Sharanam, Naga Chaitanya had said in an interview to the Deccan Chronicle that he plays a college dropout who makes drones. The actor added that it will not only be an action-packed entertainer but also a youth-centric movie. On working in a youthful film, he had said, “It was designed that way. We worked on several drafts of the script until we felt it sounded right for youngsters. When the script initially came to me, I liked it immediately. But I felt we needed to work more on it.”

While his father and popular Tollywood star Nagarjuna is instrumental in choosing his scripts, Naga revealed that this time around his uncle Venkatesh helped him pick Yuddham Sharanam. He disclosed that Venkatesh felt the script would be suitable for his nephew and therefore directed the project towards him.

Speaking on how his career is shaping up, Naga pointed out that he had finally come to understand the type of roles that suit him best. The star is confident of scoring success at the box office having come to terms to with the role selection. On this, he was quoted by the DC as saying, “My last few films have been successful. And I’ve come to understand what suits me and what doesn’t suit me after some initial setbacks. I believe failures are very important in any person’s growth. I’ve learnt what not to do from them.”
