Budget hospitality chain Treebo is entering the Premium segment with its “Treebo Select” brand properties. Treebo has already carried out a trial run of “Treebo Select” in select cities (Mumbai, Chennai and Bangalore), in 10 different properties and is now launching in 40 properties under this premium offering in 20 cities, which customers can start staying in soon.

The philosophy behind the “Treebo Select” offering is to facilitate travelers with the best in trade comforts and facilities in hotels with the room tariffs being kept within a range of Rs 2500 – 5000 per night.

Treebo claims that the travelers can expect 4-star facilities in the “Treebo Select” hotels with improved interiors, prime location, guaranteed large spread complimentary buffet breakfast, 24x7 room service, guest laundry service, mini fridge etc. This is in addition to Treebo’s standard offerings like Wi-Fi, branded toiletries, TV with DTH or cable connection, and air conditioning.

With these, Treebo will ensure that the facilities and features across all “Treebo Select” properties so that the discerning traveler gets seamless experience throughout. Enough attention will be given to providing the best interiors, tastefully done up spacious rooms. Treebo claims that its trial runs have been successful and it is confident of expanding the brand.

“With our core-offering, we have already established Treebo as a quality-oriented hotel chain that focuses on delivering high-quality experience to its guests in the economy segment. We want to do the same with our Select brand. While the premium budget segment is not new, but there are hardly any players offering an affordable premium experience,” Sidharth Gupta, co-founder of Treebo Hotels said.

The primary objective, according to Treebo, is to offer high-quality experience to the customers, even in the economy segment.

Treebo is one of the largest hospitality chains in India, the 3rd largest, in fact, with 300 properties having over 7500 rooms. The number of cities in which Treebo hotels are located are 60. It has a franchise model also in place.
