1. Lokayukta Justice Y Bhaskar Rao directed the Lokayukta police to register cases against former chief minister H D Kumaraswamy and B S Yeddyurappa in the alleged land denotification scam between 2007 and 2012, based on the findings of a CID report. 2. Upalokayukta Justice Subhash B Adi sent a notice to BBMP Administrator T M Vijay Bhaskar asking him to explain why licenses of hoardings were being renewed despite the council passing a resolution to ban hoardings in the city. A fifteen-year-old was allegedly gang-raped by three men in JP Nagar police limits in Bengaluru on Wednesday afternoon.
