While it was announced long ago that director Vikram Kumar would be helming the affairs for Akhil’s next, the project kick started without a title just recently.
The shooting of this entertainer has been going on in Hyderabad for the past few weeks and now the team is getting ready to move over to the northern states to can some important portions.
Sources close to the film unit have it that director Vikram Kumar will be shooting in various locations in Lucknow, Agra and Allahabad.
Some of the most important scenes in the film will be shot in these locations, state sources.
While there is no official word about the title, it is said that either Junnu or Ekkada Ekkada Undo Taraka might be finalised. PS Vinod is cranking the camera for this flick with Anup Rubens composing the tunes.
The untitled venture is being produced by Akhil’s dad and noted actor-producer Nagarjuna under their home banner Annapoorna Studios.
The director is yet to decide on the female lead for this film and an announcement is expected to be made any time soon.
Akhil, son of actors Nagarjuna and Amala, made his acting debut as a baby in the film Sisindri, when he was just a year old.
This film was based on the Hollywood flick Baby’s Day Out. He has starred in Manam and Aadukunthaam Raa in which he made cameo appearances.
The youngster is very choosy about his films and has taken a lot of time to decide on his next after his debut film did lukewarm business at the box office.
