Ram Charan Teja let out a few secrets at the Naa Peru Surya Naa Illu India pre-release event held recently. The star was at the event as the film features his cousin Allu Arjun in the lead role.

Speaking at the event, Ram Charan recalled that when he wanted to follow in the footsteps of his dad and uncles by donning the greasepaint, his father was initially sceptical about his dancing skills and wanted Allu Arjun’s counsel on it. Only after Allu Arjun vouched for Ram Charan’s dancing skills did Chiru agree to let his son act. The star further pointed out that Allu Arjun was always an entertainer, who danced at every function or party and entertained the family and guests.

On Allu Arjun’s upcoming film release Naa Peru Surya, Ram Charan said that he was confident that it would do well at the box office. He told the gathering, “When I see the trailer, it feels like a very honest film. The film’s director Vakkantham Vamsi had written my film Yevadu. It was a pressure to work on his script. He writes script that are stylish and sharp.”

The trailer, which was released recently, portrayed Allu Arjun’s powerful performance as an angry young man with hard-hitting dialogues, cool music and extraordinary visuals. In the 90-second theatrical trailer, Vamsi successfully showcased love, romance, action, family emotions and patriotism.

Naa Peru Surya, a patriotic action entertainer, stars Allu Arjun in the title role. He plays an army officer in the flick and underwent special training in the US to fit into the character he plays. Vakkantham Vamsi, who has penned several hit movies in his career as a writer, is making his debut as director. The film has Anu Emmanuel playing the female lead with Sarathkumar and Arjun Sarja in important roles.

Naa Peru Surya is due for release on May 4 and fans are waiting for it eagerly.
