The release of Motta Siva Ketta Siva turned out to be a hot topic for discussion! The title card surprised the audiences at the theatres as it featured ‘Makkal Superstar’ Raghava Lawrence. Known to be very close to Superstar Rajinikanth, this title really created a confusion and discontent among a section of film buffs.
In a press note issued by the film’s director, there is a clarification about it. Director Sai Ramani apologising for hurting the fans, said that he had included the title after considering all the humanitarian and social causes Raghava Lawrence was involved in. Thinking that the star would be happy over the title, it was included in the title cards, the director said but on the contrary Raghava Lawrence was thoroughly upset, he added. The director, in his press note, said that Raghava Lawrence made it clear to him that Rajinikanth is the one and only Superstar forever.
The actor wanted the title ‘Makkal Superstar’ to be removed immediately, he revealed. Apologising for it, Sai Ramani said that he would delete it at the earliest. Starring Raghava Lawrence, Nikki Galrani and Sathyaraj, the film is based on the Telugu movies Pataas.
